Coffee Woes

I am wondering if you have had complaints about the Betty Crocker electric percolator.

We are on our third and it leaks like the other 2.

The bottom is made of plastic which sits on a heating pad.
I have spoken to customer service and their reponse was that you have a year warranty so take it back.

Why would I do that if I've done that twice before ? Thanks for the help .

That's what they call customer service ?
