What do I like about my coffee maker?

I really like the looks of the machine. It looks and feels like it is well constructed.

Do I regret buying it?
YES!
My daughter got a Keurig for Christmas. My wife and I were so impressed with the consistency and quality of the coffee, We bought this one.

I spoke with the manager of the Chain store and he recommended the Breville.

I have followed the instructions, trying several of the different types of K-cup that came with the machine and even ground my own beans but was severely disappointed.

It reminds me of the perculator we use to have that at best made mediocre coffee.
The coffee from the Breville was far to weak and it leaves a bitter taste in your mouth.

I opened the K-cup package after brewing and found that much of the grounds were barely wet.

I have a Techni-vorm Mocha Master which make coffee that taste like fresh ground coffee smells.

The convenience and speed is what sold me on changing to the K-cup.
I will either swap this one for a Keurig or stay with my Mocha Master.
