Very Disappointed in Tassimo's Customer Service

I have direct delivery for my coffee to be delivered every 2 months. First off, they were out of stock on my order, but did not inform me for 2 weeks.

I made a substitution which was to be shipped out on the 31st of May. I was billed on that day, but my coffee did not ship until June 7.

It will be another week per conversation with customer service before I receive my coffee.
I always receive foreign person who I cannot understand nor can he understand me.

I asked to speak to a supervisor who refused to speak with me, but instead said told the customer service person to appease me with 2 free packets of coffee...unreal.

I own my own business and if I operated the way these people do, I would be out of business.
My recommendation is to NOT receive your coffee direct from these people as they are very unreliable and do not care about their customers.
